Activity. We are a company that deals with online sales of niche perfumes.
The Website processes personal data provided by you or collected from other sources as we have described in detail in the Privacy Policy. We are committed to complying with national and European legislation on the protection of personal data and the free movement of such data.
By visiting and/or using the website, placing orders or interacting with us by any method and/or any means of remote communication, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You also declare that all personal data and information submitted to us is up-to-date, accurate. To the extent that the data does not belong to you, you declare that you have obtained the prior written consent of the data subject whose data you are transmitting to us or that you are transmitting the data on another legal basis as provided for in Regulation (EU) 679/2016.

Contract conclusion date. The contract between you and us is concluded when your order is expressly accepted by us and you will receive an e-mail from us confirming delivery.
Protection. To the extent that we do not accept your order, but money has been refunded to you, we will refund this money as soon as possible. The Terms and Conditions are not an offer within the meaning of civil law, but an invitation to tender.
The decision is ours. We reserve the right to decide, unilaterally and without giving reasons, whether or not to conclude a contract of sale. We will not be liable to you if we refuse to fulfill an order. Title to the products will only pass to you once you have paid all amounts due for the products, including delivery costs.
Order online
Once you have chosen the product you wish to order and pressed the order button, the product will be automatically transferred to your shopping cart. Once you have placed all the products you wish to buy in your shopping cart, you will be able to place your order by scrolling through the order page. On the order page you will provide the following information:

Order details: name, surname or company name, e-mail address, telephone number and delivery address;
We cannot guarantee that products that were at one time on the website will be available for purchase at any time. We will have no liability to you in the event that a product is no longer on the site.
Although we will attempt to have real time product availability information updated on the website, we cannot guarantee that this information will be updated at all times. All orders will be subject to products being in stock.
To the extent that products are unavailable, but you have already placed your order, we will inform you of the unavailability of these products and recommend similar products of equal or similar value that can be ordered. To the extent that you do not wish to order the similar products recommended by us, we will cancel your order, and to the extent that you have already paid the price of the products, we will proceed to refund the money as soon as possible.
Product prices are displayed in lei on the website and include value added tax. The price of the products is as displayed on the website unless there is an error. To the extent that there is an error, we will notify you as soon as possible and will refund the amount of money overpaid or request an additional amount of money. To the extent that the new price is not satisfactory to you, you do not respond to our request or we are unable to contact you, we will cancel your order and refund the amount of money paid as soon as possible.
Transportation or delivery charges are included in the price unless otherwise stated on the website.
Product prices may be updated/modified at any time and such update/modification shall supersede any previous price. Your order will be subject to the prices at the time the order is actually placed.
Once you have chosen the product you wish to order and pressed the order button, the product will be automatically transferred to your shopping cart. Once you have placed all the products you wish to buy in the shopping cart, you will be able to place your order by scrolling through the order page. On the order page you will provide the information requested in Section 8.
Payment for ordered products is made by credit card online.
If you choose to pay online with your bank card, the processing of your card data is done through our processing partners and we will not store any data related to your card.
If you opt to pay by card, the issuing institution will proceed to validate and authorize the payment. If the transaction is not processed for reasons beyond our control (i.e. no funds on the card, expired card), the contract between us is not concluded and we will have no obligation to deliver the products, but you may select another payment method or try again to process the payment with a valid card.
We deliver exclusively to customers who are individuals, legal entities, PFA, sole proprietorships or family businesses only to addresses in Romania and in the countries of the European Economic Area. At the time of delivery, it is obligatory for a person of legal age to sign for all products shipped. The order is considered delivered when you or another person takes physical possession of the Product, the signature of receipt of the order representing proof of delivery of the products.
No deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that in certain situations, especially during the holiday season or Black Friday, delivery times may be extended, which may be due to the congestion of courier companies or other reasons beyond our control. The delay in delivery will not be due to our actions or inactions, but to an event external to us, in which case you agree not to hold us liable under any circumstances.

Once the order has been entrusted to the courier company, the transportation risk is borne by the buyer.
If the products purchased have manufacturing defects or damage in transit, please let us know, and if your claims are proven, we will refund the amounts paid and you will return the product.
We will not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our services due to force majeure or acts of God. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the subject matter of any Contract and supersede any other agreement, any other prior oral or written agreement between you and us.
The contract between you and us is binding. You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of this Agreement or any of your rights or obligations under it without our prior written consent. We may transfer, assign, charge, charge, subcontract or otherwise alienate a Contract or any of our rights or obligations under it.
