The present agreement, as well as any use of the site will be governed by Romanian law. Any dispute between us will be submitted to the Romanian courts.
1. Campaign Organizer
Promotional campaign „MORPH Layering – Your Next Form” (The „Campaign”) is organized and conducted by S.C. LUXURY EXPERT PARFUM S.R.L., a company with its registered office in Balotești Village, Balotești Commune, Unirii Road no. 29, Bl. P10, Sc. 3, Fl. P, Apt. 21, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2023000752230, having CUI RO47578079, hereinafter referred to as „The organizer”.
By placing an eligible order, in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations, persons who meet the participation conditions become participants in the Campaign and declare that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Regulations in their entirety.
2. Campaign Name and Duration
The campaign is underway Exclusive online, on the website www.morphparfum.ro.
The campaign begins on 18.07.2026, now 00:00, and ends on 20.07.2026, now 23:59, or when the promotional stock runs out (48 Sets Morph Layering), whichever of these events occurs first.
The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign before its due date, with proper notification to the participants.
3. Participants and Eligibility
3.1. The campaign is open to all individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation and have full legal capacity.
3.2. To benefit from the Campaign, the participant must place an order exclusively on www.morphparfum.ro, during the Campaign, including a perfume 100 milliliters so a set Limited Edition (perfume 100 ml + cream/perfume 100 ml + shower gel).
3.3. Participation in the Campaign is voluntary and implies acceptance of these Regulations.
4. Eligible products
4.1. I am eligible for the Campaign:
4.2. Products with other capacities or products that do not fall into the categories mentioned above are not eligible for the Campaign and do not grant the right to receive the promotional gift.
5. Campaign Mechanism
5.1. Upon purchasing an eligible product, the participant may select a free one of the four MORPH Layering promotional sets, available while stocks last and offered exclusively before the official launch.
5.2. The participant may choose one of the following available options:
5.3. Each set is offered on the system Blind. The chosen name represents the identity of the MORPH Layering experience, but the content of the set remains a surprise and will be discovered exclusively upon receiving and opening the package.
5.4. The promotional gift will be automatically added to the order at the value of 0 lei.
5.5. Is awarded one promotional set per order, regardless of the number of eligible products purchased.
5.6. Campania is limited to 48 promotional sets, distributed as follows:

5.8. If the stock of a promotional variant runs out, it will no longer be selectable.
5.9. In the situation where all the 48 promotional sets the campaign automatically ceases, even if the campaign period has not expired.
5.10. If the participant removes the eligible product from the order or modifies the order so that the Campaign conditions are no longer met, the promotional set will be automatically removed from the order.
5.11. No MORPH loyalty points will be awarded for products purchased within this Campaign.
6. Delivery Cost
6.1. Within the scope of this Campaign, transportation is not free.
6.2. Transportation costs are calculated according to the applicable delivery policy on www.morphparfum.ro.
7. Product Returns
7.1. In case of exercising the right of return for an order that benefited from this Campaign, the participant is obliged to return both the purchased product sealed and the promotional MORPH Layering set received as a gift, sealed.
7.2. Returned products, including promotional sets, must be in the same condition as they were delivered and comply with the general return policy applicable. www.morphparfum.ro.
7.3. In the event that the promotional set is not returned along with the purchased product or does not meet the return conditions, the Organizer reserves the right to withhold its value from the amount to be reimbursed.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. The MORPH Layering sets offered within the Campaign are promotional products exclusively available before the official launch and are not intended for individual sale during the Campaign.
8.2. The promotional gift cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, or other benefits.
8.3. The Organizer reserves the right to verify compliance with the participation conditions and to cancel the promotional benefit in case of fraud attempts, abuse, or improper use of the Campaign.
8.4. This Regulation is available free of charge at www.morphparfum.ro for the entire duration of the Campaign.
8.5. Any disputes arising between the Organizer and participants shall be settled amicably, and if this is not possible, the competent courts in Romania shall have jurisdiction.
8.6. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, supplement, suspend, or terminate these Regulations or the Campaign at any time for justified reasons, with appropriate notification to participants by publishing the updated version on www.morphparfum.ro. Amendments will take effect from the date of their publication, without affecting the rights already acquired by participants before they come into force.
Morph Points MP Program (the "Program") is a loyalty program promoted by S.C. LUXURY EXPERT PARFUM S.R.L., company with registered office in Sat Balotesti Com. Balotesti, Sos. Unirii, Nr.29, Bl.P10, Sc.3, Et.P, Ap.21, registered in the Trade Register under number J202300075222230, fiscal registration code RO47578079, (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer" / "Promoter").
By participating in the Program, the participant accepts these terms and conditions:
1. Aim of the program
The program aims to reward loyal customers who make purchases on the platform morphparfum.roby awarding value points ("Morph Points" or "MP"), which can be used exclusively to obtain products offered by the Organizer within the loyalty thresholds.
2. Eligibility and participation in the program
2.1. The Program is open to participation of any natural person aged 18 years or older at the date of the start of the Program, with full capacity to exercise their right to exercise their full legal capacity ("Participant"), as of June 1, 2025.
2.2. The decision to participate in this Program belongs to each participant, who by enrolling unequivocally undertakes to comply with all the provisions mentioned in these Terms and Conditions, binding for all participants.
2.3 In order to participate in the Program, the client must create a user account on morphparfum.ro and carry out authenticated orders on your account.
2.4. Points earned are nominal and can only be used by the account holder.
3. Participants
3.1 "Participant" means a consumer - as defined in accordance with Article 2, point 2 of the Consumer Protection Ordinance no. 21/1992, as amended and supplemented, who has a valid Morph/Morph ID account.
3.2 The Participant must have a valid Morph account, registered through the official Morph channels (the Morph App and the official website morphparfum.ro) and log in to the account.
3.3. Continued participation in the Program constitutes the Participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions, as they may be updated from time to time, and confirmation by the Participant that he/she meets the eligibility requirements.
3.4. Participant's personal data: their processing will be done in accordance with the Morph Parfum Romania Privacy Policy available on the official website morphparfum.ro.
4. Program modification and termination
The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Program at its sole discretion at any time without prior written or verbal notice.
5. Accumulating points
5.1. Participants accumulate Morph Points MP on purchases made through the official Morph channels (Morph App or the official website www.morphparfum.ro), while logged into their Morph ID account.
5.2 With each purchase on the website or via the app, the customer receives 10% of the order value in Morph points (MP).
Example: If the customer has purchased products worth 3000 ron, his account will automatically be charged with 300 Morph Points (MP), equivalent to 300 ron. Shipping is not included.
5.3. Points will be credited to the participant's Morph ID account after confirmation of payment and delivery of the order, within 7 working days.
5.4. The amount spent is calculated exclusively on the basis of the purchased products (excluding transportation costs or other taxes).
5.5 The Organizer/Promoter reserves the right to invalidate the points in case of cancellation or return of the order for which they were awarded.
Orders that benefit from special promotions, gifts, freebies, or other commercial benefits established by the Organizer are excluded from the awarding of Morph Points MP. If another active promotion offers additional benefits, the Organizer reserves the right not to award loyalty points for said orders.
6. Points value, transferability and expiration
6.1 Points do not constitute property, have no cash value and are not transferable.
6.2. The points are valid until they are used, remaining in the Morph account until they are used.
6.3. MP Morph Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
6.4. Morph Points MP points can only be used to obtain products from www.morphparfum.ro. They cannot be used to reduce the value of an order.
7. Use of accumulated points
7.1. Points can only be used on official Morph channels, exclusively online on morphparfum.ro or via the app.
7.2 Points cannot be used for digital products, external services, or orders placed by companies/firms.
7.3. To obtain a product you must have the full number of points required for that product. If you don't have enough points, they remain active in your account until you accumulate the required number.
7.4. Points cannot be transferred between accounts and no invoices are issued for them, as they are shown as a discount.
7.5 The Promoter reserves the right to change the list of products and services for which points can be used.
7.6 Points cannot be converted into cash and cannot be used to reduce the value of an order.
7.7. Products obtained through the Program cannot be exchanged or returned.
7.8. Points remaining in the account after redemption may be used for future purchases in accordance with this Regulation.
8. Protection of personal data
8.1 The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
8.2. Participants' data are used exclusively for the administration of the Program and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's consent, except in the situations provided by law.

9. Additional conditions
9.1 The Organizer may suspend a participant's eligibility if there is suspicion of fraud.
9.2 Any attempt to manipulate or defraud the Program may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
9.3 This document is governed by Romanian law. No provision may limit the rights conferred on consumers by applicable national law.
10. Limitation of liability
10.1 The Promoter and its affiliates are not responsible for technical errors, malfunctions or other situations that may affect participation in the Program.
10.2. By participating, each participant exempts the Promoter from any liability for damages arising from the use of the Program.

The order is considered delivered when you or another person takes physical possession of the Product, the signature of receipt of the order representing proof of delivery of the products.
No deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that in certain situations, especially during the holiday season or Black Friday, delivery times may be extended, which may be due to the congestion of courier companies or other reasons beyond our control.
