The present agreement, as well as any use of the site will be governed by Romanian law. Any dispute between us will be submitted to the Romanian courts.
1. Organizator
Concursul „Naughty or Nice by Morph” (denumit în continuare „Concursul”) este organizat de S.C. LUXURY EXPERT PARFUM S.R.L., societate cu sediul social în Sat Balotești, Com. Balotești, Sos. Unirii, Nr. 29, Bl. P10, Sc. 3, Et. P, Ap. 21, înregistrată în Registrul Comerțului sub numărul J2023000752230, cod de înregistrare fiscală RO47578079 (denumită în continuare „Organizatorul”).
Concursul online se va derula cu respectarea prevederilor cuprinse in prezentul regulament (denumit in cele ce urmeaza "Regulamentul"). Termenii si conditiile prezentului Regulament, asa cum sunt prezentate mai jos, sunt obligatorii pentru toti participantii la concursul online. Regulamentul este disponibil pe website-ul Organizatorului, www.morphparfum.ro. Regulamentul este obligatoriu pentru toti participantii la acest Concurs.
2. Perioada si aria de desfasurare ale concursului
2.1. Concursul este organizat si se desfasoara in perioada 1 – 22 decembrie 2025, pe intreg teritoriul Romaniei, in spatiul virtual corespunzator paginii de Tik Tok, pe contul oficial de Tik Tok “@morphparfumro” si in conformitate cu prevederile prezentului Regulament.
3. Dreptul de participare
3.1. Decizia de participare la acest Concurs aparține fiecărui participant în parte, care prin înscriere își asumă în mod neechivoc respectarea tuturor prevederilor menționate în prezentele Termene și Condiții, obligatorii pentru toți participanții.
3.2. In Concurs are dreptul sa participe orice persoana fizica cu varsta minima de 18 ani impliniti la data inceperii concursului, care are domiciliul stabil sau resedinta in Romania si care indeplineste cumulativ urmatoarele conditii de eligibilitate:

3.5. Participarea la acest Concurs implica cunoasterea si acceptarea integrala, expresa si neechivoca a prezentului Regulament.
3.6. Concursul se desfasoara exclusiv pe internet, pe pagina de Tik Tok “morphparfumro”
3.7. Acest Concurs este organizat exclusiv de S.C. LUXURY EXPERT PARFUM S.R.L., platforma Tik Tok nu este organizator.
4. Descalificarea participantilor
4.1. Sunt descalificate automat persoanele care participa la Concurs asumandu-si o identitate falsa. Organizatorul isi rezerva dreptul de a elimina din Concurs sau de a anula decizia prin care un participant este desemnat castigator in cazul in care acesta nu a furnizat date corecte de contact, s-a inscris utilizand date false, sau incearca sa influenteze Concursul prin modalitati frauduloase sau nu respecta prevederile Regulamentului.
4.2 Sunt descalificate persoanele care efectueaza o achizitie online, iar mai apoi returneaza produsul.
5. Participarea in Concurs
5.1. Orice persoana care doreste sa se inscrie in Concurs si respecta conditiile de la Art. 3, poate participa fara a plati nicio taxa, in perioada Concursului.
Pentru a se inscrie, participantii trebuie sa respecte urmatoarele:

6. Premii si acordarea premiilor
6.1. In cadrul Concursului, Organizatorul va acorda in total, prin tragere la sorti 4 (patru) premii. Premiile constau in 4 vouchere, fiecare cu o valoare de 500 RON.
6.2. Valoarea totala a unui premiu este de 500 RON.
6.3. Cele 4 premii se ofera catre 4 castigatori distincti, extrasi prin tragere la sorti in data de 22 decembrie 2025.
6.4. Castigatorii vor fi selectati aleatoriu, printr-un mecanism de tragere la sorti, prin intermediului website-ului http://www.random.org/, in sistem live pe platforma Tik Tok, pe contul morphparfumro.
6.5. Fiecare câștigător va primi un voucher, fiecare în valoare de 500 RON, utilizabil pentru achiziții online pe morphparfum.ro sau în magazinul fizic Morph Parfum, situat în București, Piața Alexandru Lahovari, nr. 5.
6.6. Voucherele nu pot fi convertite în numerar și nu se acordă rest.
6.7. Valabilitatea fiecărui voucher este de 30 de zile de la data extragerii. Astfel castigatorii trebuie sa il utilizeze in termen de 30 de zile, altfel, dupa aceasta perioada, voucherul nu mai este valabil si nu mai oate fi utilizat.
6.8. Organizatorul se rezervă dreptul de a verifica eligibilitatea câștigătorilor înainte de acordarea premiului.
6.9. Voucherele au caracter nominal și nu pot fi transmise către alte persoane.
6.10 Voucherele se pot utiliza o singura data
6.11 Acelasi voucher nu pot fi utilizat si online si in magazinul fizic.
6.12. Daca in cadrul extragerii, unul sau toti cei patru castigatori se dovedeste ca nu au respectat una sau mai multe din conditiile prezente, organizatorul are dreptul sa extraga alti castigatori de cate ori doreste.
6.13. Organizatorul nu va suporta niciun fel de cheltuieli suplimentare dupa punerea castigatorilor in posesia premiilor.
6.14. Tragerea la sorti va avea loc in 22 decembrie 2025. Castigatorii vor fi anuntati in aceeasi zi.
6.15. Pentru fiecare premiu, se va extrage si cate o rezerva.
6.16. Fiecare castigator trebuie sa trimita un mesaj privat pe pagina de Tik Tok “morphparfumro”, in maximum o zi de la data notificarii pe pagina de Tik Toki, cu datele acestuia.
6.17. In cazul in care un castigator nu trimite datele necesare in termen de 24 de ore, Organizatorul va aloca premiul participantilor din lista de rezerva, in ordinea in care au fost extrasi.
6.18. Premiul castigat nu poate fi inlocuit cu alte produse sau castiguri si nici nu se acorda contravaloarea lui in bani. In cazul refuzului castigatorilor de a beneficia de premii sau in cazul imposibilitatii validarii sale conform prezentului Regulament, acestia vor pierde dreptul de atribuire a premiilor. In asemenea cazuri, Organizatorul isi rezerva dreptul de a nu mai atribui premiile respective altor participanti, cu exceptia celor declarati rezerve.
6.19. Orice eventuala contestatie, inclusiv privind modul de validare si acordare a premiului, poate fi formulata in scris de catre participant si depusa personal sau expediata prin posta, in termen de maximum 5 zile de la data incheierii concursului, catre sediul Organizatorului. Contestatia se va solutiona in termen de maximum 10 zile lucratoare de la primirea acesteia. In cazul in care contestatorul va fi nemultumit de decizie, se va incerca rezolvare contestatiei pe cale amiabila, iar in cazul in care aceasta nu va fi posibila, litigiile vor fi solutionate de instantele judecatoresti romane competente.
7. Anularea jurizarii
7.1. Organizatorul isi rezerva dreptul de a anula extragerile din cauza unor situatii neprevazute fara notificari prealabile. Acest lucru se aplica si in cazul in care extragerile nu pot fi desfasurate conform planului, din cauza, spre exemplu, unor defectiuni de hardware sau software.
7.2. Orice anulare prematura a extragerilor nu implica drepturi pentru participanti.
7.3. In cazul anularii jurizarii, vor fi postate notificari adecvate in cadrul website-ului www.morphparfum.ro
7.4. Organizatorul nu poate fi considerat responsabil pentru eventualii participanti care se inscriu in concurs folosind conturi de Tik Tok false sau multiple.
8. Modificarea și încetarea Concursului
Organizatorul își rezervă dreptul de a modifica termenii si conditiile prezentului Concurs în orice moment, fără notificare prealabilă, cu menținerea drepturilor deja dobândite de participanți până la acel moment.
Concursul poate inceta inainte de termen numai in cazul aparitiei unui eveniment ce constituie forta majora, inclusiv in cazul imposibilitatii Organizatorului, din motive independente de vointa lui, de a continua Concursul.

11. Litigii
In cazul unor litigii aparute intre S.C. LUXURY EXPERT PARFUM S.R.L. si Participantii la Concurs, acestea vor fi solutionate pe cale amiabila. Daca nu este posibila rezolvarea litigiilor pe cale amiabila, partile implicate in litigiu vor inainta litigiul spre solutionare instantelor romane competente.
Participarea la aceast Concurs are valoare de acceptare integrala si liber consimtita a prevederilor prezentului Regulament.

Morph Points MP Program (the "Program") is a loyalty program promoted by S.C. LUXURY EXPERT PARFUM S.R.L., company with registered office in Sat Balotesti Com. Balotesti, Sos. Unirii, Nr.29, Bl.P10, Sc.3, Et.P, Ap.21, registered in the Trade Register under number J202300075222230, fiscal registration code RO47578079, (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer" / "Promoter").
By participating in the Program, the participant accepts these terms and conditions:
1. Aim of the program
The program aims to reward loyal customers who make purchases on the platform morphparfum.roby awarding value points ("Morph Points" or "MP"), which can be used exclusively to obtain products offered by the Organizer within the loyalty thresholds.
2. Eligibility and participation in the program

3.2 The Participant must have a valid Morph account, registered through the official Morph channels (the Morph App and the official website morphparfum.ro) and log in to the account.
3.3. Continued participation in the Program constitutes the Participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions, as they may be updated from time to time, and confirmation by the Participant that he/she meets the eligibility requirements.
3.4. Participant's personal data: their processing will be done in accordance with the Morph Parfum Romania Privacy Policy available on the official website morphparfum.ro.
4. Program modification and termination
The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Program at its sole discretion at any time without prior written or verbal notice.
5. Accumulating points
5.1. Participants accumulate Morph Points MP on purchases made through the official Morph channels (Morph App or the official website www.morphparfum.ro), while logged into their Morph ID account.
5.2 With each purchase on the website or via the app, the customer receives 10% of the order value in Morph points (MP).
Example: If the customer has purchased products worth 3000 ron, his account will automatically be charged with 300 Morph Points (MP), equivalent to 300 ron. Shipping is not included.
5.3. Points will be credited to the participant's Morph ID account after confirmation of payment and delivery of the order, within 7 working days.
5.4. The amount spent is calculated exclusively on the basis of the purchased products (excluding transportation costs or other taxes).
5.5 The Organizer/Promoter reserves the right to invalidate the points in case of cancellation or return of the order for which they were awarded.
6. Points value, transferability and expiration
6.1 Points do not constitute property, have no cash value and are not transferable.
6.2. The points are valid until they are used, remaining in the Morph account until they are used.
6.3. MP Morph Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
6.4. Morph Points MP points can only be used to obtain products from www.morphparfum.ro. They cannot be used to reduce the value of an order.
7. Use of accumulated points
7.1. Points can only be used on official Morph channels, exclusively online on morphparfum.ro or via the app.
7.2 Points cannot be used for digital products, external services, or orders placed by companies/firms.
7.3. If an order contains a product from the 7 thresholds and is canceled afterwards, the points are automatically returned to the Morph ID account.
7.4. Points cannot be transferred between accounts and no invoices are issued for them, as they are shown as a discount.
7.5 The Promoter reserves the right to change the list of products and services for which points can be used.
7.6... Morph Points can be used exclusively online to obtain products made available within the 7 loyalty thresholds.
7.7 Points cannot be converted into cash and cannot be used to reduce the value of an order.
7.8. Products obtained through the Program cannot be exchanged or returned.
7.9. Points remaining in the account after redemption may be used for future purchases in accordance with this Regulation.

10. Limitation of liability
10.1 The Promoter and its affiliates are not responsible for technical errors, malfunctions or other situations that may affect participation in the Program.

Payment for ordered products is made by credit card online.
If you choose to pay online with your bank card, the processing of your card data is done through our processing partners and we will not store any data related to your card.
If you opt to pay by card, the issuing institution will proceed to validate and authorize the payment. If the transaction is not processed for reasons beyond our control (i.e. no funds on the card, expired card), the contract between us is not concluded and we will have no obligation to deliver the products, but you may select another payment method or try again to process the payment with a valid card.
We deliver exclusively to customers who are individuals, legal entities, PFA, sole proprietorships or family businesses only to addresses in Romania and in the countries of the European Economic Area. At the time of delivery, it is obligatory for a person of legal age to sign for all products shipped. The order is considered delivered when you or another person takes physical possession of the Product, the signature of receipt of the order representing proof of delivery of the products.
No deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that in certain situations, especially during the holiday season or Black Friday, delivery times may be extended, which may be due to the congestion of courier companies or other reasons beyond our control. The delay in delivery will not be due to our actions or inactions, but to an event external to us, in which case you agree not to hold us liable under any circumstances.

Once the order has been entrusted to the courier company, the transportation risk is borne by the buyer.
If the products purchased have manufacturing defects or damage in transit, please let us know, and if your claims are proven, we will refund the amounts paid and you will return the product.
We will not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our services due to force majeure or acts of God. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, changes in laws or regulations, embargoes, embargoes, wars, terrorist acts, riots, fires, earthquakes, nuclear accidents, floods, strikes, weather conditions and acts of hackers or internet service providers.
The entire content of the site is the intellectual property of LUXURY EXPERT PARFUM SRL. The site will be used by users for information or placing orders only.
The users of the site have no right to download, modify the site in whole or in part, reproduce the site in whole or in part, copy, distribute, sell or exploit the site in any other manner contrary to the interests of LUXURY EXPERT SRL, whether or not there is a commercial purpose.
All content (including, but not limited to, databases, graphics, trademarks, legal content) are the intellectual property of LUXURY EXPERT PARFUM SRL. The entire site is protected by Law 8/1996 on copyright and related rights, and for any infringement of intellectual property, we reserve the right to bring the matter before the competent courts for full recovery of damages, as well as to file a criminal complaint with the judicial authorities to hold the perpetrator criminally liable.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the subject matter of any Contract and supersede any other agreement, any other prior oral or written agreement between you and us.
The contract between you and us is binding. You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of this Agreement or any of your rights or obligations under it without our prior written consent. We may transfer, assign, charge, charge, subcontract or otherwise alienate a Contract or any of our rights or obligations under it.
The present agreement, as well as any use of the site will be governed by Romanian law. Any dispute between us will be submitted to the Romanian courts.
