LUXURY EXPERT PARFUM S.R.L., societate cu sediul social \u00een Sat Balote\u0219ti, Comuna Balote\u0219ti, \u0218os. Unirii nr. 29, Bl. P10, Sc. 3, Et. P, Ap. 21, \u00eenregistrat\u0103 \u00een Registrul Comer\u021bului sub nr. J2023000752230, cod de \u00eenregistrare fiscal\u0103 RO47578079, denumit\u0103 \u00een continuare \u201eOrganizatorul\u201d sau \u201ePromotorul\u201d.<\/p><p>Prin participarea la Campanie, participan\u021bii accept\u0103 \u00een totalitate \u0219i necondi\u021bionat prezentul Regulament.<\/p><p><strong>1. DENUMIREA \u0218I DURATA CAMPANIEI<\/strong><\/p><p>1.1. Campania se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 exclusiv pe site-ul <a href=\"https:\/\/morphparfum.ro\/en\/\">www.morphparfum.ro<\/a>.<\/p><p>1.2. Campania \u00eencepe la data de 31 mai 2026, ora 12:00 \u0219i este valabil\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la epuizarea stocului promo\u021bional disponibil, reprezentat de 20 (dou\u0103zeci) de Morph Blind Set-uri.<\/p><p>1.3. \u00cen orice situa\u021bie, Campania \u00eenceteaz\u0103 cel t\u00e2rziu la data de 3 iunie 2026, ora 23:59, chiar dac\u0103 stocul promo\u021bional nu a fost epuizat.<\/p><p><strong>2. PARTICIPAN\u021aI \u0218I ELIGIBILITATE<\/strong><\/p><p>2.1. Campania este deschis\u0103 particip\u0103rii oric\u0103rei persoane fizice cu v\u00e2rsta de minimum 18 ani \u00eemplini\u021bi la data particip\u0103rii, av\u00e2nd capacitate deplin\u0103 de exerci\u021biu.<\/p><p>2.2. Participarea la Campanie este voluntar\u0103 \u0219i presupune acceptarea prezentului Regulament.<\/p><p>2.3. Participan\u021bii trebuie s\u0103 plaseze comenzi pe <a href=\"https:\/\/morphparfum.ro\/en\/\">www.morphparfum.ro<\/a> \u00een perioada Campaniei \u0219i s\u0103 respecte toate condi\u021biile prev\u0103zute \u00een prezentul Regulament.<\/p><p><strong>3. PRODUSE ELIGIBILE<\/strong><\/p><p>3.1. Sunt eligibile pentru participarea la Campanie toate parfumurile Morph de 100ml disponibile pe site-ul <a href=\"https:\/\/morphparfum.ro\/en\/\">www.morphparfum.ro<\/a> pe durata Campaniei.<\/p><p>3.2. Produsele care nu au capacitatea de 100 ml nu particip\u0103 la Campanie \u0219i nu genereaz\u0103 dreptul de a primi cadoul promo\u021bional.<\/p><p><strong>4. MECANISMUL CAMPANIEI<\/strong><\/p><p>4.1. Pentru a beneficia de cadoul promo\u021bional, participantul trebuie s\u0103 adauge \u00een co\u0219 cel pu\u021bin un parfum Morph de 100ml eligibil.<\/p><p>4.2. Campania este limitat\u0103 la primii 20 (dou\u0103zeci) de clien\u021bi distincti care rezerv\u0103 \u0219i finalizeaz\u0103 o comand\u0103 eligibil\u0103 conform prezentului Regulament.<\/p><p>4.3. La ad\u0103ugarea \u00een co\u0219 a unui produs eligibil, sistemul poate rezerva automat unul dintre cele 20 de cadouri promo\u021bionale disponibile.<\/p><p>4.4. Rezervarea unui cadou promo\u021bional este valabil\u0103 timp de maximum 60 (\u0219aizeci) de minute de la momentul ad\u0103ug\u0103rii produsului eligibil \u00een co\u0219.<\/p><p>4.5. \u00cen cazul \u00een care participantul nu finalizeaz\u0103 comanda \u00een intervalul de 60 de minute, rezervarea expir\u0103 automat, iar cadoul promo\u021bional revine \u00een stocul disponibil al Campaniei.<\/p><p>4.6. Organizatorul \u00ee\u0219i rezerv\u0103 dreptul de a afi\u0219a notific\u0103ri, mesaje informative sau pop-up-uri \u00een pagina produsului sau \u00een alte sec\u021biuni ale site-ului pentru a informa participan\u021bii cu privire la eligibilitatea lor \u00een cadrul Campaniei.<\/p><p>4.7. Simpla ad\u0103ugare a produsului \u00een co\u0219 nu garanteaz\u0103 acordarea cadoului promo\u021bional \u00een afara perioadei de rezervare prev\u0103zute la art. 4.4.<\/p><p><strong>5. CADOUL OFERIT \u00ceN CADRUL CAMPANIEI<\/strong><\/p><p>5.1. Cadoul promo\u021bional const\u0103 \u00eentr-un Morph Blind Set.<\/p><p>5.2. Fiecare Morph Blind Set con\u021bine:<\/p><ul><li>1 parfum Travel Size de 8ml;<\/li><li>6 e\u0219antioane de parfum a c\u00e2te 2ml fiecare.<\/li><\/ul><p>5.3. Con\u021binutul exact al Morph Blind Set-ului este stabilit exclusiv de Organizator \u0219i este oferit \u00een mod aleatoriu.<\/p><p>5.4. Participan\u021bii nu pot solicita alegerea, \u00eenlocuirea sau modificarea produselor incluse \u00een Morph Blind Set.<\/p><p>5.5. Cadoul promo\u021bional nu poate fi preschimbat \u00een bani, alte produse sau alte beneficii.<\/p><p><strong>6. LIMIT\u0102RI \u0218I RESTRIC\u021aII<\/strong><\/p><p>6.1. Se acord\u0103 maximum un (1) Morph Blind Set pentru fiecare client.<\/p><p>6.2. Se acord\u0103 maximum un (1) Morph Blind Set pentru fiecare comand\u0103 eligibil\u0103.<\/p><p>6.3. \u00cen situa\u021bia \u00een care o comand\u0103 con\u021bine mai multe parfumuri Morph de 100ml, participantul va primi un singur Morph Blind Set.<\/p><p>6.4. \u00cen situa\u021bia \u00een care acela\u0219i client plaseaz\u0103 mai multe comenzi eligibile pe durata Campaniei, acesta va beneficia de cadoul promo\u021bional doar pentru prima comand\u0103 eligibil\u0103 confirmat\u0103.<\/p><p>6.5. Organizatorul \u00ee\u0219i rezerv\u0103 dreptul de a anula participarea oric\u0103rui participant \u00een cazul suspiciunilor de fraud\u0103, utilizare abuziv\u0103 a Campaniei sau tentative de ob\u021binere multipl\u0103 a beneficiului promo\u021bional.<\/p><p><strong>7. RETURNAREA PRODUSELOR \u0218I A CADOULUI PROMO\u021aIONAL<\/strong><\/p><p>7.1. Morph Blind Set-ul este acordat exclusiv ca beneficiu promo\u021bional asociat achizi\u021biei unui produs eligibil.<\/p><p>7.2. \u00cen cazul exercit\u0103rii dreptului de retur pentru produsul eligibil care a generat acordarea cadoului promo\u021bional, participantul este obligat s\u0103 returneze \u0219i Morph Blind Set-ul primit.<\/p><p>7.3. Produsul eligibil \u0219i Morph Blind Set-ul trebuie returnate \u00een aceea\u0219i stare \u00een care au fost livrate.<\/p><p>7.4. Morph Blind Set-ul trebuie returnat sigilat, complet \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 urme de utilizare.<\/p><p>7.5. \u00cen cazul \u00een care Morph Blind Set-ul nu este returnat, este incomplet, desigilat sau prezint\u0103 urme de utilizare, Organizatorul \u00ee\u0219i rezerv\u0103 dreptul de a diminua suma rambursat\u0103 cu valoarea comercial\u0103 a produselor promo\u021bionale acordate.<\/p><p><strong>8. MODIFICAREA, SUSPENDAREA SAU \u00ceNCETAREA CAMPANIEI<\/strong><\/p><p>8.1. Organizatorul \u00ee\u0219i rezerv\u0103 dreptul de a modifica, suspenda sau \u00eenceta Campania \u00een orice moment, atunci c\u00e2nd circumstan\u021bele o impun.<\/p><p>8.2. Orice modificare va fi comunicat\u0103 prin intermediul site-ului <a href=\"https:\/\/morphparfum.ro\/en\/\">www.morphparfum.ro<\/a>.<\/p><p>8.3. Modific\u0103rile intr\u0103 \u00een vigoare de la data public\u0103rii acestora pe site.<\/p><p><strong>9. PROTEC\u021aIA DATELOR CU CARACTER PERSONAL<\/strong><\/p><p>9.1. Datele cu caracter personal ale participan\u021bilor vor fi prelucrate \u00een conformitate cu Regulamentul (UE) 2016\/679 privind protec\u021bia persoanelor fizice \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal (GDPR).<\/p><p>9.2. Datele colectate vor fi utilizate exclusiv \u00een scopul administr\u0103rii Campaniei \u0219i execut\u0103rii obliga\u021biilor legale \u0219i contractuale ale Organizatorului.<\/p><p>9.3. Pentru informa\u021bii suplimentare privind prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal, participan\u021bii pot consulta Politica de Confiden\u021bialitate disponibil\u0103 pe <a href=\"https:\/\/morphparfum.ro\/en\/\">www.morphparfum.ro<\/a>.<\/p><p><strong>10. LIMITAREA R\u0102SPUNDERII<\/strong><\/p><p>10.1. Organizatorul nu poate fi \u021binut r\u0103spunz\u0103tor pentru eventuale erori tehnice, disfunc\u021bionalit\u0103\u021bi ale platformei, probleme de conexiune la internet sau alte situa\u021bii independente de voin\u021ba sa care pot afecta participarea la Campanie.<\/p><p>10.2. LUXURY EXPERT PARFUM S.R.L<\/b>., company with registered office in Sat Balotesti Com. Balotesti, Sos. Unirii, Nr.29, Bl.P10, Sc.3, Et.P, Ap.21, registered in the Trade Register under number J202300075222230, fiscal registration code RO47578079, (hereinafter referred to as \"Organizer\" \/ \"Promoter\").<\/p><p>By participating in the Program, the participant accepts these terms and conditions:<\/p><p><b>1.  Aim of the program<\/b><\/p><p>The program aims to reward loyal customers who make purchases on the platform<a href=\"http:\/\/morphparfum.ro\/en\/\"> morphparfum.ro<\/a>by awarding value points (\"Morph Points\" or \"MP\"), which can be used exclusively to obtain products offered by the Organizer within the loyalty thresholds.<\/p><p><b>2. Eligibility and participation in the program<\/b><\/p><p>2.1. The Program is open to participation of any natural person aged 18 years or older at the date of the start of the Program, with full capacity to exercise their right to exercise their full legal capacity (\"Participant\"), as of June 1, 2025.<br \/>2.2. Participants<\/b><\/p><p>3.1 \"Participant\" means a consumer - as defined in accordance with Article 2, point 2 of the Consumer Protection Ordinance no. 21\/1992, as amended and supplemented, who has a valid Morph\/Morph ID account.<br \/>3.2 The Participant must have a valid Morph account, registered through the official Morph channels (the Morph App and the official website morphparfum.ro) and log in to the account.<br \/>3.3. Continued participation in the Program constitutes the Participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions, as they may be updated from time to time, and confirmation by the Participant that he\/she meets the eligibility requirements.<br \/>3.4. Participant's personal data: their processing will be done in accordance with the Morph Parfum Romania Privacy Policy available on the official website morphparfum.ro.<\/p><p><b>4. Program modification and termination<\/b><\/p><p>The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Program at its sole discretion at any time without prior written or verbal notice.<\/p><p><b>5. Accumulating points<\/b><\/p><p>5.1. Participants accumulate Morph Points MP on purchases made through the official Morph channels (Morph App or the official website www.morphparfum.ro), while logged into their Morph ID account.<br \/>5.2 With each purchase on the website or via the app, the customer <b>receives 10% of the order value in Morph points <\/b><b>(MP)<\/b>.<br \/>Example: If the customer has purchased products worth 3000 ron, his account will automatically be charged with 300 Morph Points (MP), equivalent to 300 ron. Shipping is not included.<br \/>5.3. Points will be credited to the participant's Morph ID account after confirmation of payment and delivery of the order, within 7 working days.<br \/>5.4. The amount spent is calculated exclusively on the basis of the purchased products (excluding transportation costs or other taxes).<br \/>5.5 The Organizer\/Promoter reserves the right to invalidate the points in case of cancellation or return of the order for which they were awarded.<\/p><p><b>6. Points value, transferability and expiration<\/b><\/p><p>6.1 Points do not constitute property, have no cash value and are not transferable.<br \/>6.2. The points are valid until they are used, remaining in the Morph account until they are used.<br \/>6.3. MP Morph Points cannot be exchanged for cash.<br \/>6.4. Morph Points MP points can only be used to obtain products from www.morphparfum.ro. They cannot be used to reduce the value of an order.<\/p><p><b>7. Use of accumulated points<\/b><\/p><p>7.1. Points can only be used on official Morph channels, exclusively online on <a href=\"http:\/\/morphparfum.ro\/en\/\">morphparfum.ro<\/a> or via the app.<br \/>7.2 Points cannot be used for digital products, external services, or orders placed by companies\/firms.<br \/>7.3. To obtain a product you must have <strong>the full number of points required for that product<\/strong>. If you don't have enough points, they remain active in your account until you accumulate the required number.<br \/>7.4. Points cannot be transferred between accounts and no invoices are issued for them, as they are shown as a discount.<br \/>7.5 The Promoter reserves the right to change the list of products and services for which points can be used.<br \/>7.6 Points cannot be converted into cash and cannot be used to reduce the value of an order.<br \/>7.7. Products obtained through the Program cannot be exchanged or returned.<br \/>7.8. Points remaining in the account after redemption may be used for future purchases in accordance with this Regulation.<\/p><p><b>8. Protection of personal data<\/b><\/p><p>8.1 The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR).<br \/>8.2. Additional conditions<\/b><\/p><p>9.1 The Organizer may suspend a participant's eligibility if there is suspicion of fraud.<br \/>9.2 Any attempt to manipulate or defraud the Program may result in civil and\/or criminal liability.<br \/>9.3 This document is governed by Romanian law. No provision may limit the rights conferred on consumers by applicable national law.<\/p><p><b>10. Limitation of liability<\/b><\/p><p>10.1 The Promoter and its affiliates are not responsible for technical errors, malfunctions or other situations that may affect participation in the Program.<br \/>10.2. Invoicing. Payment<\/h2><p>Product prices are displayed in lei on the website and include value added tax. The price of the products is as displayed on the website unless there is an error. To the extent that there is an error, we will notify you as soon as possible and will refund the amount of money overpaid or request an additional amount of money. To the extent that the new price is not satisfactory to you, you do not respond to our request or we are unable to contact you, we will cancel your order and refund the amount of money paid as soon as possible.<br \/>Transportation or delivery charges are included in the price unless otherwise stated on the website.<br \/>Product prices may be updated\/modified at any time and such update\/modification shall supersede any previous price. Your order will be subject to the prices at the time the order is actually placed.<br \/>Once you have chosen the product you wish to order and pressed the order button, the product will be automatically transferred to your shopping cart. Once you have placed all the products you wish to buy in the shopping cart, you will be able to place your order by scrolling through the order page. On the order page you will provide the information requested in Section 8.<br \/>Payment for ordered products is made by credit card online.<br \/>If you choose to pay online with your bank card, the processing of your card data is done through our processing partners and we will not store any data related to your card.<br \/>If you opt to pay by card, the issuing institution will proceed to validate and authorize the payment. If the transaction is not processed for reasons beyond our control (i.e. no funds on the card, expired card), the contract between us is not concluded and we will have no obligation to deliver the products, but you may select another payment method or try again to process the payment with a valid card.<\/p><h2>Delivery<\/h2><p>We deliver exclusively to customers who are individuals, legal entities, PFA, sole proprietorships or family businesses only to addresses in Romania and in the countries of the European Economic Area. At the time of delivery, it is obligatory for a person of legal age to sign for all products shipped. The order is considered delivered when you or another person takes physical possession of the Product, the signature of receipt of the order representing proof of delivery of the products.<br \/>No deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that in certain situations, especially during the holiday season or Black Friday, delivery times may be extended, which may be due to the congestion of courier companies or other reasons beyond our control. The delay in delivery will not be due to our actions or inactions, but to an event external to us, in which case you agree not to hold us liable under any circumstances.<br \/>Delivery charges are listed on the order page.<br \/>Once the order has been entrusted to the courier company, the transportation risk is borne by the buyer.<\/p><h2>Product guarantee<\/h2><p>If the products purchased have manufacturing defects or damage in transit, please let us know, and if your claims are proven, we will refund the amounts paid and you will return the product.<\/p><h2>Force majeure and acts of God<\/h2><p>We will not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our services due to force majeure or acts of God.
